The sizes of plants sold are not young transplants, but field grown plants ready to go into the landscape: the same plants that are sold directly at the nursery. We do not pot all plants in gallon size containers, but pot them in the correct size container for the root system and its required growing space.
For a fragrant & unusual ground cover in shade use Oregano Vulgaris Cu. 'Auream' see HERB LISTING. For ground cover in hot, dry sun try Thymes - give color & fragrance see HERB LISTING or try the dwarf creeping sedums see PERENNIAL LISTING.

HEDERA HELIX (Ivy)
The Ivy varieties listed below have been acclimated and proven hardy. The Ivy 'Galaxy withstood -36 degrees in 1977. We then sent cuttings from this Ivy to the American Ivy Society in 1981. AIS then named it 'Galaxy.'
